Speaker: Keith Tovey Energy Science Director, Marcus Armes Project Liaison Officer
 
Description: Keith Tovey is responsible for the majority of the Energy Teaching at the University
of East Anglia, and in recent months has been advising Russian Delegations,
including members of the Duma on the issues arising from the privatisation
of the Electricity Supply Industry in the UK. Marcus's areas of interest cover a range of environmental and energy issues. Prior to joining CRed he worked as a political consultant for the oil and gas industry. Marcus is keen to ensure that Cred is able to influence the broad spectrum of policy makers.

The use of performance enhancing drugs by athletes is widespread. Can we expect advances in gene therapy to be used in a similar way? If it is not possible to detect these changes, perhaps we should just accept them.
